About

By agents, for agents.

Agentiv wasn't designed in a boardroom, and it isn't a tech company guessing at real estate. It's a partnership between people who sell property and people who build software.

A modern open-plan Australian living space

How it started

A real estate and software partnership

The problem
A working Queensland sales team, run like most: Gmail, a group chat, a whiteboard and a Sunday-night Excel roster. Enquiries slipped. Vendor updates slipped. Saturdays were planned twice and still went wrong.
The partnership
Rather than buy another CRM that fit nobody, real estate operators and software engineers built the platform together, inside a working agency. Agents brought the process knowledge (open homes, vendor updates, Form 6); engineers turned it into software. If a screen didn't earn its place in a working week, it didn't ship.
The product
That became Agentiv: a platform shaped by people who do the job and people who build the software, now configured for teams beyond the one that started it.

You don't get a sales team. You get the operators and engineers who build the product.

The people who sell the houses and the people who write the code sit on the same side of the table. Questions in a demo get answered by someone who wrote the feature or works the job, and requests from real teams become real screens, sometimes the same week.

What we hold to

Four principles

No bloat
Every screen earned its place. A feature that doesn't survive a real week doesn't stay.
Built for Australia
REIQ agreements, Form 6 field tracking, and the REA and Domain enquiry formats agents here see every day. Native, not bolted on.
Your data stays yours
Business data shared with your team on your terms. Personal comms private by architecture. AI only ever by opt-in.
Direct answers
Demos, setup and support come from the people who build the product, not a ticket queue.
