Why Queensland-first is different
Queensland agencies run on a document most national platforms treat as an afterthought. The Property Occupations Form 6 appoints the agent, has to be signed before you can lawfully provide services, and carries the appointment term and commission the whole way to settlement. Software that files it as a generic attachment loses every date on it.
Agentiv records the Form 6 appointment as its own tracked record, separate from the contract of sale, so an appointment term is visible for the length of a campaign rather than at the moment it was signed. That distinction is the reason this page exists.
