Your data

Who owns the data in Agentiv?

You do. Pipeline, listings, contacts, open home records and everything else your team enters belongs to your business. Agentiv stores and processes it to run the platform, nothing more.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. On request we provide an export of your team's business data. Modules with built-in exports (such as open home run sheets and Excel exports) are available to you at any time.

What happens to my data if we leave?

You can request an export, then deletion. Deletion requests are actioned on written request to info@agentiv.com.au.

What happens to synced email data if I disconnect my inbox?

Sync stops immediately. Items already parsed into business records (such as enquiries logged as leads) stay in your team's data because they are business records; raw mail is not retained for sync purposes after disconnection.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.

Privacy inside your team

Can my principal read my emails?

No. Each member's email, messages and calendar are readable by that member only. This is enforced by row-level security policies in the database, not by interface settings a leader could change.

What can a team leader actually see?

Business data: the team's pipeline, listings, open homes, contacts, contracts and targets. Not any member's communications.

Can access be limited per person?

Yes. Every member is granted specific tabs with view or edit rights per tab, decided by the team leader.

Commercial

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per team and discussed in the demo, sized to your team and the modules you'll use. We publish capability tiers, not price lists, while the product is in its early customer phase.

Is there a long lock-in contract?

Terms are agreed per customer and set out in your agreement before you commit. Ask in the demo; you'll get a straight answer in writing.

Is there a free trial?

No self-serve trial. Setup involves connecting team accounts properly, so we run a guided onboarding after the demo instead.

Product

Is the AI on by default?

No. Agentiv runs fully without AI, and that is the default. AI features (suggested replies, enquiry triage, planner optimisation) are an optional tier your team leader switches on per feature.

What happens if an integration goes down?

The Automation Centre shows sync status for every connected source, so you can see at a glance when something last updated and re-run a sync on demand.

Do I need to install anything?

Agentiv runs in the browser. The iMessage module is the exception: it uses a Mac signed into your own Messages account, set up during onboarding.

Does it work outside Queensland?

The platform is built for Australian teams generally; contract field tracking currently maps to the REIQ Form 6, which is Queensland-specific. Other states are on the roadmap, driven by customer demand.

Getting started

What does onboarding look like?

After the demo: accounts connected, tabs permissioned, team invited, and your first week run with us on call. Most of the setup is done with you in a working session.

How long does setup take?

Connecting accounts and setting permissions is done in a session. Historical data entry, if you want it, is scoped with you separately.

Who runs the demo?

The people who build the product. Thirty minutes, screen-share, and you can bring your own week's work to run through it live.
