Pricing
Priced per team, scoped in the demo.
No price list, and no pretending otherwise. Here is exactly what drives the number, what every setup includes, and how to get a real figure.
Why there's no number on this page
Agentiv is priced per team and quoted in the demo. A solo agent using the inbox and the open home planner, and a sixteen-person team running the full deal side with a custom CRM build behind it, are not buying the same product — so a single headline rate would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.
What you get instead is a real number in a thirty-minute call, against your actual team size and the areas you'd switch on. Not a follow-up email, and not a rate that needs three asterisks under it.
What moves the number
Five things
- Team size
- The number of people actually using the platform. Pricing is per team rather than a headline per-seat rate, so adding an associate mid-quarter isn't a renegotiation.
- Which areas you switch on
- A team that needs open home planning and the inbox is priced differently to one running the full deal side as well. You are not charged for modules you have turned off.
- Custom build scope
- Configuration around your process is included. A genuinely custom module, or a build against a CRM we haven't connected before, is scoped separately and quoted before it starts.
- Integrations
- Standard connections — Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, REA and Domain enquiry parsing — are part of the platform. A bespoke connection into an existing system is scoped as custom work.
- The optional AI tier
- AI is off by default and priced as its own tier. Running Agentiv with no AI at all is a supported configuration, not a downgrade.
What every setup includes
| Item | Status | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding and setup | Included | Guided, done with you. There is no self-serve signup to grind through alone. |
| Configuration to your process | Included | Pipeline stages, permissions, roles and layouts set to how your team already sells. |
| Standard integrations | Included | Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, and REA and Domain enquiry parsing. |
| Support | Included | Direct to the people who build the product. Not a ticket queue. |
| Custom modules and CRM builds | Scoped separately | Quoted before work starts, on top of a product that already runs. |
| AI tier | Optional add-on | Off by default. Priced separately if and when you want it. |
Common questions
How much does Agentiv cost?
Pricing is per team and is discussed in the demo. Agentiv publishes capability tiers rather than a price list while the product is in its early customer phase, because what a team pays depends on its size, which areas it switches on and whether any custom build is involved. You get a real number in the walkthrough, not a follow-up email.
Why isn't there a price list on the site?
Because a single published rate would be wrong for most teams. A solo agent using the inbox and open home planner and a sixteen-person team running the full deal side with a custom CRM build are not the same product. Rather than publish a number that needs three asterisks, we scope it in a thirty-minute call.
Is it priced per seat?
Pricing is per team, informed by team size, rather than a strict per-seat licence. The intent is that bringing on an extra agent doesn't trigger a commercial conversation every time.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-serve free trial. The entry point is a thirty-minute screen-share walkthrough of the live product, where you can bring a real week of your business and see it run through the platform.
What does a custom build cost?
It is scoped and quoted before any work starts. Configuration around your existing process is part of a normal setup; a genuinely new module or a connection into a system we haven't integrated before is separate work with its own quote.
